BikiniClub.eu accepts eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must meet our hygiene and condition requirements.

Hygiene Conditions for Swimwear

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Protective hygiene liners, tags, and packaging must remain intact.

Return Process

1. Contact BikiniClub.eu support with your order number and return reason.
2. Wait for return instructions before sending the item back.
3. Pack the item securely with original packaging where possible.
4. Send the item using a trackable delivery method.
5. After inspection, we will confirm whether the return is approved.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund time may depend on your payment provider or bank.

Non-Returnable Conditions

• Items worn, washed, damaged, stained, or altered after delivery.
• Swimwear with removed hygiene liner or missing tags.
• Items returned after the 14-day return window.
• Final sale items where clearly marked as non-returnable.
• Products returned without prior return approval.

Exchange Information

Exchanges may be available depending on stock. If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, a refund or store alternative may be offered after the return is approved.
