At BikiniClub www.bikiniclub.eu customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any products. However, in certain cases, we provide compensation by sending a replacement product.
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Style or color preference
Sale or discounted items
Customers are advised to review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing an order.
We will send a replacement product at no additional cost if:
The item received is damaged or defective
The wrong product, color, or size was sent
An item is missing from the order
To request a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Clear photos or video showing the issue
A brief explanation of the problem
Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Replacements will be sent after verification of the issue
Replacement items are subject to availability
No cash refunds will be issued
No return of the original product is required
Replacements will not be provided for:
Incorrect size chosen by the customer
Minor color variations due to screen settings
Damage caused by misuse or improper care
Normal wear and tear
Replacement shipping costs will be covered by BikiniClub
